Microsoft is streamlining the downgrade process from Vista to XP. Apparently the demand from large businesses was so large(because Vista is garbage), Microsoft chose to change their policies to allow for a more simplified downgrade. blogs.zdnet.com/microsoft/?p=543

Agreed. XP will be fully supported by M$ until the end of the year. Then they will re-push Vista down everyone's throat after Vista SP1. XP - SP3 is being beta tested now.
The new Ubuntu is coming in some weeks. I wonder if Dell is going to support it.
Then the Leopard series is coming (desktop and Server), rumored around 10-26.
